Pricing

All prices shown are in UK pounds sterling.

Delivery

When products are currently in stock, we aim to process and despatch all orders within 3 days. However, if any items are not currently in stock, delivery may be delayed. Please therefore allow up to 28 days. We aim to keep you informed via email of the progress of your order. If you require an update at any stage though, please do not hesitate to contact our sales team at support@discount-lawnmowers.co.uk.

 

Parcels are sent with the Royal Mail, Parcel Force or Interlink Express. We can only deliver to your delivery address given at the time of orderand orders need to be signed for (Mon - Fri 9am till 4pm). After they have been sent we can not change the delivery address for any reason.

Part shipping of orders is done at our own descretion.

 

IMPORTANT - Please ensure the address you provide is 100% correct, full and complete with postcode. You will be sent an email after ordering that confirms your order details. Make sure they are correct. We are not responsible for orders lost in transit if the postcode or other parts of your address are wrong.

 

Refunds / Exchanges / Warrenty

All lawnmowers delivered via courier must be checked on arrival while the courier waits. If you see something broken it must be signed for as damaged. All lawnmowers and garden machinery are sold as factory graded. This means that they are catalogue returns all tested, working for 6 months with regard to mechanical breakdown. Some products may show signs of use or cosmetic marks but will be in full working order, hence the discount in price. We are unable to accept returns after 14 days unless their is a mechanical/electrical fault. Pictures are for basic illustration only. We need any lawnmower back before any refund can be processed.

We will pay the cost of collection on any faulty lawnmower within it's warrenty period or or any order canceled with 14 days of you receiving it.

If you have a fault on a Flymo lawnmower you need to return the lawnmower to us. If a fault develops on a Qualcast lawnmower you need to take it to a Qualcast authorised dealer. The warrenty does not cover ware and tear (eg new blades etc)

It is our policy to acknowledge all orders and notify you of an expected despatch, and to meet this date in the vast majority of cases. Customer Complaints

If you unhappy with the service you recieve from Discount Lawnmowers please contact us imdetaildly so we can correct the situation. All emails we be responded to within 3 days. We will also keep you informed of everything we are doing to correct the situation until the problem has been solved.

Your details will not be passed on to any third parties. We may, however, periodically email you with information relating to this website and any forthcoming affiliated sites. If you wish to be removed from any mailing lists, please contact our sales team.

Safety

Please be aware that lawnmowers and garden machines are dangerous. Please use with care and discount power as soon as the blade stops moving. Do not turn the lawnmower over until the power has been discontected.

Ways of Paying

For security purposes all credit card transactions are handled via a secure server and processed by WorldPay, our online clearing agents. AllJigsawPuzzles.co.uk have no access to your credit card details. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard etc) and Switch.
